Your Patio area has  chairs, table and a nice a breathtaking view also you have the front poach you can sit on for a full panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez. 

Your kitchen has a  4 burner elect. stove no oven, Microwave & dishwasher.  Sink, refrigerator, coffee pot and dishes for 10 people.   All Kitchen utensils except for your special pots & pans we suggest you bring all your special items, to prepare that special gourmet.

Your Living room has seating for 10+ very nice for the family get together or for a quaint gathering place.

Maid service is available $35.00 a day and up; depending on your needs.  We can discuss this after your arrival.               

This condo has three separate bathrooms this is the up stairs bathroom.  

Your Master bedroom, has a fantastic view of the Sea of Cortez.  

Depending on your sleeping arrangements you may need to bring extra bedding, cots or air mattress for the people with you.  In the Winter time it gets down to 60 you may need extra blankets.

Includes: Pillows, Sheets, and Blankets.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with Condo #126.  Everything went smoothly from check in to check out, and for us that was a plus being that we drove in from Fresno and some of us from Sacramento not knowing what exactly to expect.  Yes, we did check in around 9pm but Tina & Alfonso couldn’t have been more pleasant and their customer service skills were a A++!  It was everything we wanted it to be and much much more.  It went so fabulous that some relatives stopped by to visit from Mexicali and were at an awe of every amenity the condo offered as well as the resort, that they want to rent in the very near future, not to mention us as well!!  After our experience we can’t imagine renting elsewhere, the location was perfect, the natives were friendly, Tina & Alfonso were awesome, the fresh seafood couldn’t have tasted any fresher, and the entire experience was absolutely priceless!   We would never go elsewhere in San Felipe, ever!

Note: All prices US dollars plus 12% tax. when you see two prices on a condo that is because the price is lower Sunday to Thursday and more on Friday & Saturday also prices Rates differ on holidays and peak months.

In most resorts area like San Felipe in the busy season we do not take check ins on Saturday or check outs on Saturday, we loose two weekend nights one on both ends of a 7 night stay, just not good business in the busy season, this effect your bookings for other weeks also. Most condos are a two night minimum rental and three nights on special events and US holidays... Thank you, Patty Bell
